Fitness Coaching

This 12-week program is designed to help you get stronger, feel confident in your fitness plan, break through plateaus, improve performance in and out of the gym, and reach your body composition goals.

After analyzing your movement and discussing lifestyle and personal goals, I provide training, nutrition, supplement, sleep, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your exact needs.

At the end of the program you’ll have all of the tools you need to feel stronger and more confident in your body’s abilities.

I also offer the option for continued long-term fitness planning once you finish the initial 12 week program.

Pricing starts at $487 per month with the 6 month payment plan. Note that the program is 3 months and there are multiple payment plans available to fit your budget. The program is $2799 if paid in full.

FAQs

  • The program is 12 weeks long. You’ll get personalized, one-on-one coaching over 3 months. Plus you’ll have access to contact me at any time between sessions through in-app messaging.

  • You’ll complete a full movement assessment and upload videos of yourself performing different movements patterns, stability tests, and mobility screens.

    This assessment will help me come up with the best program possible for you based on your anatomy and abilities.

    You will get to try out your customized training sessions in the app. The sessions per week, workout length, volume and cardio will all be tailored to you and your available bandwidth for fitness.

    As you complete your sessions throughout the week, I will give you feedback, do form checks and answer any questions you have.

    At the end of each week, you’ll fill out a weekly check-in form addressing how you progressed with your goals for the week and any changes that need to be made to your programming.

    You’ll have the option to schedule a video chat twice per month where we can discuss your training and program in more detail as well as address any concerns.

    There are no quick fixes and it’s important for you to PUT IN THE WORK to reach your goals, but with me by your side you won’t have to do it alone.

  • No. I do not participate with any insurance providers. By joining this program you are engaging in a coaching-client relationship. This is not to be considered a doctor-patient relationship. This program is not meant as a substitute for physical therapy treatment or medical management by a doctor.

  • Yes, I have several options to fit your budget. You can pay in full, or in monthly installments.

  • Yes! Once you finish the initial program, I offer two options:

    You can choose to extend your one-on-one coaching commitment for as long as you desire

    OR

    Enroll in app-based fitness programming as a monthly subscription service

I emphasize injury prevention, strength training, and long-term fitness planning as a means to staying healthy and performing at your highest level.
