Rehab & Fitness Coaching

This 12-week program is designed to reduce or eliminate pain, get you stronger, reduce your risk of re-injury, and implement fitness planning.

My background as a physical therapist and strength coach allows me to offer the perfect blend of rehab, strength training, nutrition counseling, lifestyle management and long-term fitness planning.

Whether you love running, cycling, playing sports, lifting weights or want to feel stronger in day-to-day living, I can create a personalized program that addresses your pain points, optimizes your body’s potential, and improves your quality of life.

After analyzing your lifestyle and personal goals, I provide exercise, rehab, nutrition, supplement, sleep, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your exact needs.

At the end of the program you’ll have all of the tools you need to feel stronger and more confident in your body’s abilities.

I also offer continued long-term fitness planning once you finish the program.

FAQs

  • The program is 12 weeks long. You’ll get personalized, one-on-one coaching for 1-2 hours per week over 3 months. Plus you’ll have access to contact me at any time between sessions through in-app messaging.

    During this time we will discuss and set your goals. Using your goals as a guideline, we will implement fitness planning, strength and conditioning, and rehab exercises (if needed).

    Our coaching meetings can be used in a variety of ways:

    1. To address your injury and adjust your fitness plan throughout your week

    2. To go through your planned workout with a coach

    3. To problem solve any health or fitness issues that may arise

    4. To review your progress and adjust your goals

    All of your training will be programmed and tracked through an app. You will also receive support with nutrition counseling and lifestyle management for optimal health and wellness.

    Choose a payment plan that fits your budget

    Next, schedule your initial session. I recommend choosing a day and time that you can be consistent with over the next 12 weeks

  • One time per week is good for clients who:

    1. Already participate in a strength-based progressive overload program

    2. Participate in CrossFit, F45, Orange Theory or any type of weight-lifting-centric in-person training

    3. Follow body-building, hypertrophy, or strength online programming

    4. Consider themselves powerlifters or olympic lifters

    Two times per week is good for clients who:

    1. Do not participate in a strength-based program

    2. Primarily use endurance sports such as running, cycling, spinning, swimming, and rowing as their form of exercise

    3. Primarily use recreational sports such as tennis, pickleball, paddle, golf, climbing, dance, martial arts, and adult league sports as their form of exercise

    4. Follow online or app-based programming that is not progressive in nature such as: Peloton, yoga, pilates, HIIT programs

  • No. I do not participate with any insurance providers. By joining this program you are engaging in a coaching-client relationship. This is not to be considered a doctor-patient relationship. This program is not meant as a substitute for physical therapy treatment or medical management by a doctor.

  • Yes, I have several options to fit your budget. You can pay in full, or in monthly installments over 3 months or 6 months.

  • Yes! Once you finish the initial program, I offer two options:

    You can choose to extend your one-on-one coaching commitment for as long as you desire

    Enroll in app-based fitness programming as a monthly subscription service
