With my background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach, and movement specialist, I combine rehab, strength training, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching to help you move well - without limitations.

How It Works:

  1. Purchase your first month of rehab - Click here to get started.

  2. Check your email for the EverFit link - download the EverFit app and activate your purchase.

  3. Schedule your initial rehab assessment - you’ll have a link in the EverFit app to schedule your virtual session. Pick a time that’s convenient for you.

  4. Check your email for the Zoom link - Once you're booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with a secure Zoom link for your virtual session.

  5. Meet for your 1 hour initial appointment - During your appointment, I’ll:

    • Ask detailed questions about your pain or injury

    • Guide you through a movement assessment

    • Begin identifying the root cause of your symptoms

  6. Understand your diagnosis and timeline - We’ll discuss what I believe is contributing to your symptoms, how long recovery might take, and what to expect from the rehab process.

  7. Discuss your rehab plan - Before we wrap up, we’ll review your options for ongoing rehab so you feel confident about your next steps. There is a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • The length of the program depends on your individual needs, based on your Initial Movement Assessment and how your body responds to the plan.

    Here’s how it works:

    • We’ll start with a Zoom-based Initial Movement Assessment.

    • You’ll have follow-up sessions every two weeks, also via Zoom.

    • You’ll also have unlimited in-app messaging support between sessions.

    Most clients stay in the program for 3–6 months, depending on their goals and progress.

    This is a monthly membership.

  • This is a high-touch, customized program designed to help you reduce pain, build confidence in your body, and get back to doing what you love. Here's what you get:

    • Initial Movement Assessment via Zoom, where we’ll evaluate how you move and identify what’s contributing to your pain.

    • Video Submissions of key movements, tests, and screens to help me build a complete picture of how your body is functioning.

    • Customized Program built just for YOU - based on your assessment, goals, and lifestyle.

    • Bi-weekly Zoom Check-ins to review your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and update your plan as needed.
